Out of State/Country
Trained Teachers
- The issue date of out-of-state and out-of country credentials, that meet CCTC requirements, may be used to determine "new" or "not new" status.
- For the purpose of NCLB compliance, subject matter competence met in a state other than California, shall be considered to have met the requirement for that subject or grade span.
